UPDATING USER VERIFICATION MODE ON CLOCK

There are several other verification modes on the clock other than fingerprint. Users are able to use a combination of verifications when checking in or checking out depending on organization preference.

 

Please Note that Clock User ID and Clock Security Code/password should always be set up in inclusion and not on the clock.

 

To change the verification mode for users on the clock

1. Click on M button (Enter button) on the clock keypad (this will display the menu options)

2. Choose the first option "User Mgt." by pressing the M button (Enter button) to select this option

3. In this "User Mgt." there are three option 

a. New user

b. All User

c. Display Style

Use the downward pointing arrow to choose All user in this case

4. Choose the employee Press M 

5. Select Edit press M

6. Scroll down to Verification mode Press M

7. Use the arrow to scroll to the preferred verification mode Press M to select your choice.
