How To Remove A User ID/User Password/User Fingerprint/User Badge Number From The Clock

Please note this can only be done for ACTIVE employees in the system if an employee has already been terminated please reach out to us to help remove user password/fingerprint/badge number.

To remove an employee from the clock

1. On the clock

2. Click On the M key pad button (Enter)

(IF CLOCK ADMIN IS ASSIGNED TO THE CLOCK THE CLOCK ADMIN WILL HAVE TO USE USER ID AND PASSWORD OR FINGERPORINT TO UNLOCK CLOCK FIRST)

3. The first Menu option is User Mgt Press M (Enter)

4. Use the down arrow to go to the second option "All Users" then Press M Enter

5. Search for the user ID by starting to type out the employee code or use the down arrow to go through the list individually

6. Once you find an employee you would like to remove press Enter

7. You will see two options

Delete

8. Choose Delete press M for enter

Choose Delete User if you would like to remove the employee from the clock completely
Choose Delete User Role only if you would like to remove the roles the employee has
Choose Delete Password Only if you would like to delete the clock user id password only for the employee

The option to Choose Delete Fingerprint Only will appear if the employee has been previously set up to use fingerprint and you want to delete fingerprint for employee

Choose Delete Fingerprint Only if you would like to delete the fingerprint of an employee current set up in order to set up a new one.

The option to Delete Badge number will appear if the employee user ID has assigned FOB or KEY CARD number

Choose Delete BADGE NUMBER ONLY to deleted assign FOB or KEY CARD number under an employee user ID.

9. Use the up arrow to choose Ok

10. Employee user choice will be removed.
