Navigating Time Entry

 

Time Entry has several navigation buttons and view settings that can help you see the relevant information on screen.

 

Date

You can navigate to different dates by clicking the left or right arrow.

You can also click the calendar to select a specific date to view.

 

View Period

Use the drop down to select period you want to see on screen.

The view options are Week or Pay period.

 

View Hours Summary

Clicking this button will show a pop up that details the sum of hours for the view option you've selected.

If your view is set to Week, the summary will count the hours for the week displayed.

If your view is set to Pay period, the summary will count the hours for the pay period displayed.
