Employee Reports
This article is more of a resource detailing all of the possible employee reports you can run with a brief description of what information they provide and sometimes with examples linked.
Employee reports are those reports that contain personal information and settings for the employees within the organization. (These reports do not include any data from payrolls run.)
Daily Approval - Daily approval info for selected employees for a given date range.
Daily Approval Shift Cost Estimate - This report provides an estimate of the cost of time approved based on the regular rate for the employee. It does not take into account the various pay rules for things like overtime, overnights shifts etc.
Employee Contact Points - Provides information on email addresses, phone numbers and other contact information provided for employees.
Employee Details - Provides basic info about an employee, including SIN, date of birth, job classification, province of employment and seniority date.
Employee Financial - Provides info on how the employee is paid (direct deposit or cheque) as well as banking info (route, transit and account number).
Employee History - Shows changes to employment status, classification and compensation for selected employees during a given time period.
Employee Record Of Employment History - details of any record of employments issued during the date range selected.
Employee Tax and Compensation - Information of the pay rates and tax settings for the selected employees.
