Organization Reports

This tutorial provides more detail on the organization report found on the custom reports tab.

 

Mileage and Expenses: This report will only appear if your organization is using the Mileage and Expense feature.  If that feature is turned on for your organization then this report will allow you to see entries for mileage or expenses for a given date range.

Organization Rate Plans: This report provides a summary of your service plan with IBEX.  It gives you the exact breakdown of your fees from IBEX.

Organization Raw Punches: This report provides you with the details of all time punches made by your employees. 

Shift Bidding Log: This report will only appear if your organization is using Shift Bidding. It will show information about shifts that have been opened for bidding, including which employees have bid on the shift, when bidding closes and if it has been assigned.

Shift Shark Call Log: This report will appear if your organization is using Shiftshark. It will show information about calls, who responded and when or if the shift was assigned.
