Aggregate

• Aggregate function allows you to display totals, averages, counts, minimums, maximums and more for your data columns.

• For a report which includes groupings, an aggregate will appear at each grouping level.

• The required fields when creating aggregate values are as follows:

  • Data Column: Select the column from the drop down menu.

  • Aggregate Function: Select the function you wish to use.

    Sum

    Average

    Standard Deviation

    Count

    Distinct Count

    Minimum

    Maximum

  • Click Add.

• Note that multiple functions can be added to a single data column.
