GUIDE ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD PUNCHES FROM THE CLOCKS ATTENDANCE LOG

You will need to insert the 16 GB USB stick into the time clock. 

Then, from the menu, (M Button) navigate using the arrows to "USB Manager" Menu option

Select "Download"

Choose "Attendance Data". 

Once you have downloaded the data to the USB, please email the file to us for analysis.
