Pay by Position

 

Pay by Position lets you apply the right pay settings in Daily Approval automatically based on the position assigned to a shift in Schedules. The Position field can be used as a simple way to color-code shifts and add labels for clarity, but it now plays a much bigger role.

 

 

In the example images (above and below), any shifts that have a position set to Passport in the Schedule will be caught by a rule configured in Daily Approval to ensure Passport Hours are paid out.
