How To Add Or Remove A Department From An Assigned Clock
You have added a clock to inclusion and would now like to add a department to a clock this the department in which employees assigned would be able to punch in/out on.
1. From the home page of the system (The first page you see when you sign in) look in the top right corner and click the menu that says your organization's name. Select the Organization Details option.2.
2. If you look to the right side of your screen you'll see Time & Attendance. Click that tab.
3. Now you should see a page that is titled Time and Attendance Preferences. Scroll down until you get to the Clocks section and on the far right of any of the available clock click on edit to open more information on the clock.

4. After clicking on the edit for any clock it will open more information on the clock as shown below.
5. Under the Departments section find the available department on the left and assign it by moving it to the right box by either double clicking or using the assigned arrow.
Then Save.
