How To Obtain A Clocks Serial Number From The Clock

There will an instances where an organization is unable to provide you with the serial number for an affected clock for you to troubleshoot for example because the clock is screwed to the wall and they don't have the box for which the clock came in anymore.

In this instance you can get a clock serial number from the clocks System Info Menu Option.

1. On the clock go to the Main Menu option by pressing the M keypad (this will be after unlocking the clock by a clock admin) using the downward facing arrow scroll down to the menu option System Info

2. Press M/< to enter the menu option

3. You will see three option

i. Device Capacity

ii. Device info

iii. Firmware info

4. Scroll down and select Device Info press M/<

5. The serial Number will be the second option
