How to Manage Job Postings using Inclusion's Applicant Tracking System ("ATS")
After clicking on the Applicant Tracking System tab from the Inclusion Home page, you will be brought into a page which shows 2 tabs: Job Postings and Candidates. This guide will walk you through the Job Postings tab. To see more information on Candidates, click here.
The Job Postings tab will show any Job Postings that have been created along with some details of the Job Posting such as Title, Location, Employment Type, Experience Level, Salary Range and whether the Job is Remote work or not. There will also be a Status for the Job Posting which can be set to Draft, Active, Paused or Archived.
Once a Job Posting has been added, you can View, Edit or Delete a Job Posting from the table.

Create a New Job Posting
To create a new Job Posting, click on the "Add New Job" button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
When creating a Job Posting, you will have the following sections to complete:
Basic Information
You must include a Description and Requirements for the position (Red stars * indicate required fields). You can add Benefits where applicable.
Job Details
Location, Employment Type and Experience Level will need to be added. Check the Remote Work box to indicate if the Job Posting is a remote position.
Select "Display Salary Information" if you would like to include Salary information in the Job Posting.
Job Settings
Set an initial Status for the Job Posting (eg. Draft, Active) and an Application Deadline for Posting. The status of the Job Posting can be later updated as the hiring process progresses (eg. Archived).
Departments
Select one or more departments that the job posting is associated with. (Note: these departments will later be added to the Hired applicant's employee profile in Inclusion.)
Assignments - Assigning a Job Posting to a User/Users
Users can be assigned a Job Posting under the Assignments section of a Job Posting, but is not required. Depending on users' security access, some users will only see Job Postings if they are assigned to it. Other users will see all Job Postings.
To add an Assignment, click the "Add Assignment" button in the top right hand corner and select the User from the dropdown menu. Multiple Assignments can be added if needed by clicking on the "Add Assignment" button again to add additional users.
*Note: ATS Security roles need to be added to an Employee Profile in order for their username to appear in the dropdown - Contact Includables for assistance to set these up.
Application Questions - Adding Questions to a Job Posting
You can include Questions that applicants must answer as a part of their application. Click the "Add Question" button in the top right hand corner. You can add multiple Questions if preferred. *Note: Currently, questions must be added when creating a new Job Posting. They cannot be added, edited, or removed in the "Edit" function.
Select the Question Type from the dropdown menu, and then enter your Question's text in the field above.
You can add additional criteria to the Questions. "Is Required" will ensure Applicants must answer the Question in order to Apply. "Is Qualifying" will indicate whether their response is sufficient, by adding a disqualifying answer. In the example below, if the applicant answered "No" to the question, a flag would show up on their application indicating that their response Disqualifies their application.
Updating the Status of a Job Posting
A Job Posting can be set to Draft, Active, Paused or Archived as needed. Select the Edit link beside the Job Posting to Update.
In the Job Settings section of the Job Posting, select the Status from the dropdown menu. Ensure you click the "Update Job" button at the bottom of the page to Save your new settings.
Viewing a Live Job Posting
Once a Job Posting has been created and is Active, select the "View" link beside the job posting.
While Viewing the Job Posting, you can select the "View Job URL" button to open the Job Posting's Live Application page, or select the "Copy Job URL" button in the top right hand corner. This link can then be shared as needed, or added to your organization's personal hiring page.
